Brother’s Food Mart in Kenner, Louisiana, refused to serve Border Patrol Chief Bovino and his patriots on Saturday. The owners are reportedly Imad Hamdan and Ziad Mousa who were previously charged with immigration and financial crimes. Investigate them.

Spent quite a bit of time watching college baseball this weekend. I will only watch a select few teams from here on out. Reason? They have coaches that respect the game and their opponents and demand the same of their players. Any team that doesn’t wear the uni correctly, taunts the other team, and has a coach that condones this behavior, is a disgrace to the game. Big fan of coach Schnall at Coastal Carolina! Him and his team represent what college baseball should be like. Well done, sir! U stand for proper behavior.

@dctf @Matt_Stepp817 Location and timing. It’s a far enough distance from most people in the state that you pretty much have to get a hotel room for a night or two. Also, it’s at a time when everyone is beat down from the school year and having to travel for family.

@Driveline_RBI I am all for being a “baseball player” and playing wherever coach plays you, but before he just sees the lineup card, a coach should tell him, especially if it’s a place he hasn’t played before. That can be nerve wrecking for most 13 year olds.

13u player had a learning moment yesterday. Comes up to me after seeing the lineup & says P: coach I think you messed up the board M: why P: you have me at third & I don’t play third. M: oh no, well, I only need a third basemen so, do you want to sit the bench or play third?

@xanbarksdale Many QBs are given the option to choose a play or audible at the line of scrimmage. I’ve known a few play-callers that would call two plays, and the QB would signal the correct one to the offense based on defensive alignment. And, many QBs can audible when the see the D.

Let’s debate! A lot of people advocate for catchers calling pitches, but you don’t hear about many people speaking up for quarterbacks to call the plays. Why the discrepancy? If you think catchers should call pitches do you also think that QBs should call plays?

@CoachVelasquez1 I’ve been saying this for years. But, we are seeing it already. Success of service academies in games they shouldn’t. Michigan! Heck, look down the road at Liberty Hill.

@bryceharper3 is a d-bag, pretty boy, who has played for two of my least favorite teams. That said, he is good at baseball and is never in the news, so as far as kids wanting to be like him...you could pick worse.
