This should be tradition for NHL fans. Traitor gets lustily booed the entire game *except* during his former team’s video tribute to him, when the fans pause their anger to celebrate what he did for the franchise and the city. And then right back to booing his ass.

Simple observation about this Leafs team: big, slow, soft, and nowhere near fast or skilled enough to keep up with the rest of the league. You can’t be slow and lack physicality, especially if you can’t move the puck. @domluszczyszyn @JDBunkis @SportsnetBen @jtbourne

Little has been demonstrably worse than the other leverage options, or even Lauer (or Fluharty, though he's probably down), for some time now. Playing for the 3rd batter in an inning -- who hits lefties well, anyway -- when the 1st and 2nd are so dangerous is a major error.
