Hello, our open return journey train was cancelled and a rail replacement bus was offered. This would've made us late to an event so we had to make alternate travel arrangements. Your AI said we may be eligible for compensation/a refund, but stops working. Any help? @thetrainline

@thetrainline I believe there were cancellations across the whole journey. I cant find the information of any sites though. I do recall we would've had to make 6/7 changes compared to the original 1

@thetrainline We were looking at a train around 10ish I believe, but the rail replacement would've meant getting a bus before 9 to accommodate the amount of changes

@HMRCcustomers That's what I was doing before being disconnected. Is there a way to get a call back? Waiting on hold and being disconnected isn't something I want to risk again.

@MathewStock_ The tax year is reviewed automatically & it's normally between June - November that the P800 letters get issued & depends on when we receive pay/tax details from the employer. You can contact the helpline again so they can check and perform a manual calculation. Thanks, Anas

@HMRCcustomers Hello, just been disconnected after 30 mins on hold, was asked a few questions and asked to be put on hold again, then was disconnected. Spent over an hour on hold over 2 phone calls. I dont fancy spending another break at work on hold

That chance became a life full of moments I’ll carry with me forever — WrestleMania, championships, King of the Ring, arenas around the world, and the gift of connecting with all of you by being myself. The New Day gave me a bond with @TrueKofi and @WWEBigE that I’ll cherish for life. You believed in us, even when our ideas were wild, and because of that, we got to show people that being unapologetically yourself is a strength. UpUpDownDown became another piece of that same mission: a place for joy, friendship, and humanity. I’m so thankful to everyone, past and present, who helped build it brick by brick. It’s taken me two full days to respond to all my texts. I hadn’t been on social media until today and I’m overwhelmed by all the messages here too. So much love. So I can’t help but to be filled completely with gratitude… My story has been nothing short of remarkable and I am truly blessed to have had such an illustrious, accolade-laden and, most importantly, fun-filled career. I appreciate you more than words can say. My main mission has always been a simple one: To provide a comfortable life filled with heartwarming memories for my family. And, largely in part to all of you, I can proudly say that I have achieved that goal and more.
