@RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail Could you please let me know what is going on with package with tracking number XL030233794GB? Had text it would be delivered yesterday but now it is even further away from where I live & hasn't arrived.

@RoyalMailHelp There is no tracking number, it was sent standard 1st class. Maybe Royal Mail 24 was the wrong term for me to use...but it's coming from Bolton to London & still not arrived 6 days later.

@RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail Recently a small "Royal Mail 24" package from elsewhere in UK took 3 working days to reach me in London (which is ok) but currently still waiting for one sent 4 working days ago. Is this normal at present or could it be lost? It's coming from Bolton.

@sammyjomonkey @sainsburys Sorry Samantha, I've only just seen this. Mine got delivered just over 2 hours late; the driver gave some vague reasons. I ended up phoning customer service while waiting, who said a system error caused all drivers to set off an hour late that day but driver knew nothing of that.

@MatianaLondon @sainsburys Did you find out what happened? I had the same this evening and I rang to find out that mine had been returned to store. They’d taken the money and no one bothered to tell me that they weren’t going to bother fulfilling the order. #Terribleservice

@sainsburys My delivery (due between 5.30-6.30pm today) hasn't yet arrived and I've had no call or text about it. Read online there have been delays in London, will mine still come today? (W2 postcode, delivery comes from Ladbroke Grove store usually)

@RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail What is typical time at present for incoming airmail to the UK being stuck at Langley HWDC? My item RR342145450IN was received there Thursday 29th, no updates. I know delays are expected but wondered time frame.
