@Matseun @PoojaMedia You’re not wrong by the way. Data indeed is not the only factor there are other things technologically that can help. Data is just a tool to help you confirm what you do. But a big part of business failure is largely on failure on visibility to the business owner.

I heard a story about how a poultry owner caught his staff stealing his eggs. It was an egg heist, as 80% of the staff were involved. They had about 10 25L kegs, and they broke eggs into them. How he caught them: So one day, he made a surprise visit to the farm after arriving from an abroad trip, and on getting to the gate, he saw the kegs, and he was like, there is no fuel scarcity, as they have quarters for staff inside the farm. No one was there because even the security men ran away when they saw his vehicle. He stepped out, opened the kegs, and BOOM, eggs filled them. Apparently, they were selling to different bakeries. Damn, he almost went mad. 😭 Imagine the eggs they broke to fill up a keg.

@JA_Olaoye @PoojaMedia The most shocking and saddest part is that the data person you employed would most likely join the gang with the excuse: “Where we dey work na there we dey chop.” Looting mentality has now become a way of life in Naija society. But data is important. 👍

@JA_Olaoye @PoojaMedia Yes there are, but it also still depends on having sincere individuals in giving accurate reports especially when you leave them in control considering the risk the business itself entails

@JA_Olaoye @PoojaMedia That is correct only when the data recorded is only in its right value. And come to think of when the director is far from the business, he can only validate what is written to him.

When we say data is important for small businesses too. This is exactly what I mean. Not that data will stop them from stealing, but your suspicion will be validated early and action will be taken much faster. Many business owner want to keep record in their brain. No. Write things down. Project. When your projection is not working, you can track it easily. You can’t measure what you’re not actively tracking. Write everything down, use simple google sheet, hire someone to measure your core business metrics.

This comparison is not a straight forward one because Fabregas is a possession-based, controlling midfielder who creates chances with intelligence. For a midfielder who scores, leads, and directly influences results, Bruno Fernandes is better. Fabregas dominates when it comes to pure playmaking, game management, and elegance. Bruno dominates when it comes to goal involvement, dynamic attacking influence, and leadership in crunch moments. Fabregas is the Ideal playmaker. He excels in dictating tempo, linking defense to attack, and threading perfectly weighted passes that split defenses. He is less about scoring and more about making others score. He has Vision, positioning, creativity, set-piece delivery, and ball retention. Bruno on the other hand is aggressive, direct, and dynamic. He makes late runs into the box, takes Lots of shots, and is exceptional at set-pieces and penalties. His presence elevates a team’s goal-scoring potential while still offering creativity So who’s better depend on what you’re looking for. But Bruno will give the world to have Fabregas career.

I want to understand how may people know ball on this app. Bruno Fernandes or Cesc Fabregas ?

So I was reading about King Solomon in the Bible, and honestly… this story messed with my head a little. In 1 Kings 3:12, God literally told Solomon that He would give him wisdom like no one before him and no one after him. Like… imagine being the wisest person to ever live. Ever. That made me wonder, Why did God make Solomon so special? Why give him wisdom greater than anyone else in history? Then I kept reading, and I found his downfall in 1 Kings 11. I was confused. Where did that wisdom go? How could the wisest man in the world end up worshiping idols? How could someone so wise make such foolish decisions? So I kept searching, reading, thinking…... and then I found this line that hit me hard: "If this was the case with the wisest man who ever lived, then what hope do we have apart from constant dependence on Jesus Christ? Let the example of Solomon drive us to greater dependence on Him." And that’s when it clicked. No matter how smart you are. No matter how blessed you are. No matter how high God lifts you. If you stop fearing God….. If you stop depending on Him..... You can fall. Badly. Even Solomon fell. And it honestly felt like God was talking straight to me: “Oh you want to be wise? Look at the wisest man in the world. See what happened when he stopped walking with Me.” God’s works are truly beyond our understanding. Praise the Lord!

Amen! This is such a powerful and humbling reflection. God gave Solomon wisdom like no one before or after him (1 Kings 3:12)—yet that same man later turned his heart to idols because his wives turned his heart away (1 Kings 11:1-8). The wisdom didn’t “disappear.” Solomon simply stopped walking in the fear of the Lord that makes wisdom true wisdom. Proverbs 1:7 says it plainly: “The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge; fools despise wisdom and instruction.” Solomon knew this better than anyone—he wrote it! But when he stopped fearing God and depending on Him daily, even the greatest gift from God couldn’t keep his heart loyal. That’s why his own later words in Ecclesiastes hit so hard. After chasing everything under the sun—wisdom, pleasure, wealth, women—he concludes: “Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole duty of man.” (Ecclesiastes 12:13) Solomon’s life is a loud warning for every believer: • No amount of natural intelligence, spiritual gifting, or even direct blessings from God will sustain us if we drift from humble dependence on Him. • Our hearts are deceitful (Jeremiah 17:9). Left to ourselves, even the wisest among us will wander into folly. • That’s exactly why we need Jesus—the wisdom of God incarnate (1 Corinthians 1:30). Where Solomon failed, Christ succeeded perfectly. He feared the Lord fully, obeyed every commandment, and now offers us His righteousness by grace through faith.

@Cityzen_Queen Arsenal only need 13 points to win the league while City needs a minimum of 20 points, so suit yourself to who can really win it. Arsenal would became champions elect even before match week 26
