Jacob Polacheck is one of the best talents to come through this industry in a long time and is an unbiased journalist through and through. Not for a second have I ever questioned his integrity or commitment to bringing anything other than facts to the table -- good, bad or ugly. He's excellent at what he does and the Kentucky beat is better with him on it. Period.

Please don’t take this as a literal one to one comparison, but pretty much all of this could’ve/can be said about Luka Doncic as well. Again, this is not me saying this kid is Luka, but Luka essentially had/has the same traits. With that being said in not sure I see “super slow”. His shot may not be be the quickest of releases, but finds a way to get it off and hits percentages are good. His athleticism is smooth and more impressive than this statement seems to portray. Can definitely get stronger, but not sure it will be a limiting factor. Would need to see more to judge the defensive liability aspect

Interesting post from back in October. Kentucky certainly took their shots in the Class of 2026 with 8 of the Top 10 and 14 of the Top 25 visiting campus. For those keeping track at home…the ‘Cats landed none of them. That’s a bad look.

A lot of things can be true at once so I'm not saying everything is fine but I do think a lot of people are underselling the quality on the roster that Kentucky does have lined up. Diallo, Wilkins, Ndiaye, Kam, Moreno, McBride is not a bad first six.

@RowlandRIVALS I have seen “bottom X team in the SEC” so much today, it’s laughable. There are not 8 SEC teams who we would trade spots with. There are not 25 total teams who we would trade places with. Not the standard, but still not as bad as being sold.
