People talk about Bret taking wrestling too seriously, but he was probably one of the few people in the WWE to *actually* care about the integrity of the sport to begin with. He doesn’t take it too seriously, YOU guys just treat it as a joke.

EXACTLY. I have digital backups of a lot of things in my collection, and I still NEVER get rid of whatever I took it from (VHS, DVD, Blu Ray, etc) for this very reason.

This is a reason why fan preservation of media is so important. I have several hours of pro wrestling, MMA, films and anime on DVDs, blu-ray discs and portable hard drives. I'm not entirely dependent on streaming networks as there's no guarantee that they will be online forever.

I encourage people all the time to get a library card. Get more than one. Get a city one, a county one, one from the next city, one from the next county. You can get free ebooks, streaming services, newspapers/magazines, discounts on various programs and museums, etc...
