Got a text from a colleague who works in a D1 institution who has an athlete 8 mos post ACLR. Treating PT notes were all MMT for muscle strength. If you're doing MMT for ACLR, it's malpractice.

The consensus since posting about my interest in running for a HOD delegate position has been that I should do it & that my perspective is needed/valuable. That is encouraging but also unexpected. Is there something that everyone else knows that I don’t know about me or the HOD?

Recently I decided to get on antidepressant medication. That was one of the best decisions I have made in a while. Since then I have been able to think with out the dark undertone in mind of nothing matters. Thank you God for mental Health 🙏🏾
