Breaking news - I'm currently in the process of writing a book on why running as a Libertarian LOCALLY makes much more sense than running state wide and federally to lose to spread a message. This will obviously be a hot take and piss off some people. But the fact remains, if we keep running vanity campaigns that result in 1 - 3% max vote totals, what are we really accomplishing? Are we achieving "liberty in our lifetimes?" Are we actually making any progress towards reducing the size and scope of government? For too long, the Washington Establishment has spent money our country doesn’t have & added trillions to our national debt. It makes me sick to think we could pass this problem on to our grandkids. Hours after Donald Trump wins the most conclusive mandate in 40 years, Mitch McConnell engineers a coup against his agenda by calling early leadership elections in the senate. Two of the three candidates hate Trump and what he ran on. One of them, John Cornyn, is an angry liberal whose politics are indistinguishable from Liz Cheney’s. The election is Wednesday, it’s by secret ballot, and it will determine whether or not the new administration succeeds. Rick Scott of Florida is the only candidate who agrees with Donald Trump. Call your senator and demand a public endorsement of Rick Scott. Don’t let McConnell get away with it again.

I was honored to run for the Florida State House, District 29, as a voice for liberty, individual rights, and a government bound by its proper limits. Representing a principled stand on behalf of libertarian ideals has been a privilege, and I want to thank everyone who supported this journey—those who donated, shared our message, or spent their valuable time advancing our cause. @angela4LNCChair Fun fact. I know a guy who ran a last minute race a couple years ago, took 36% of the vote against a GOP incumbent in a heavy Red area who was then appointed to a County Board by the County Council Chair. He's me. I'm that guy. It works.
