The club isn’t down to one individual, it needs to be based on results and performances and both over the last 13 months have been poor

@TaylorandPayne But as you can say it can go the other way and he could drag us into a relegation fight. It worries me how much control he had transfer wise based on the recruitment last summer. The in game management is also questionable and players look lost and passive that comes from EH IMO

@MattNufc9 It's a gamble either way and at this point I'd prefer it if we gave Eddie another window and pre season to try and rebuild. I agree it's been poor this season, but I'm also really wary of getting it wrong the next time. Just look at Spurs.

@Jeep_1970 This is the thing though questions that need to be asked include:- Are the players going to get on board? Does EH have another plan? Can he adapt? It would cost less to get rid of EH and change approach, in terms of recruitment it’s been horrendous so it’s doubled down on EH

@MattNufc9 I think the players don't like the high intensity pressing... Had enough. But we don't have many players who can skillfully beat a player.

If the club are going to stick by EH then the playing staff need a full overhaul because his message isn’t getting through anymore and the players look either tired or lazy. 3 weeks to prepare for this game and the performance is no better so something huge needs to change #NUFC
