Limit Backside Mechanics-This drill targets 🎯 this issue. Use a band - medium tension. This helps hip flexors be able to stop the backwards motion of the leg then be able to rip it forward. Best sprinters have the SHARPEST exchange-ie no lag time from going backwards-to-forward.

FYI… Any calories that aren’t burned, no matter if they come from starches, protein, sugars, or fats, will end up as extra tissue in your body. Stop blaming certain macronutrients. Start blaming overconsumption.
