Peace president Trump can threaten all he wants, Iran won’t allow US or Israeli-linked tankers through Hormuz. If Washington escalates for real and hits Iran's power plants, the Gulf will follow suit and pay similar price. Tehran is in an existential war and is not backing down. This is exactly what Trump is failing to grasp.
