Oh @virginmedia EIGHT weeks without broadband now. Promised engineers not arriving, no notifications, no apologies, no clue! I have had terrible customer service. Really struggling with staying as a (previously v loyal) customer. Please, please help.

@NationalHways huge qs on M25 approaching J11 - not helped by pointless traffic lights on rdbt stopping non existent traffic that is not coming off the closed M25. Maybe switch them off to ease congestion??
