@CityFibre Your @VodafoneUK 'install' is an absolute joke. Having assured us it is possible to get your broadband, we've just had the second team in a fortnight turn up and say too complex, the wrong team's been sent etc. Appalling we can't call you, either. Awful service.

It is genuinely astonishing to me how little I pay for 900Mbps internet that is 100% reliable and always delivers at least 800Mbps. Thank you @CityFibre (and my council for permitting it, all those who operate on your fibres, and the private equity people subsidising my internet)

@Ofcom @CityFibre @SkyUK My property got missed by Cityfibre and I'm dealing with terminal health conditions with family remembers and incompetent City fibre missed my property and noone can be arsed to help from City fibre. Sky are waiting on City fibre and in left I'm a mess..

@SkyUK @CityFibre I've reactivated the installation of sky because xityfibre cancelled. My sky install. Noones put connection from the box in street to my property yet and dig up path. No contact to say this is done. Worst customer set service ever. #offcom
