Surprising August in Antarctica On August 11 at 12Z Vostok recorded -80.9 °C. At 13:20 UTC, JASE2007 AWS reached -80.4 °C. Also AGO-4 AWS brush -80 °C with -79.6 °C at 18:30 UTC
