ICE illegally detain Minnesota city worker for 25 days—a snow plow driver. "He had every federal authorization," said boss. "We do criminal background check of all federal documents." He's still locked up—and has serious medical condition that requires strict medicine and diet. "This is someone who should be here, who had every right to be here, was helping to take care of St. Paul streets, and was illegally detained."
