So the best thing you can do is start looking for a different airline. #QatarAirways does not care about it's customers

@qatarairways The email you shared is completely false because we were never contacted. I had a flight from Bali to Türkiye on March 1st, but it was cancelled at the last minute. I've been stranded in Bali ever since. I've been paying for accommodation, food, and drinks for days.

Stuck at Phuket Airport after our @QatarAirways March 3 flight was canceled. Office closed (never reopened after COVID). Just flyers with phone numbers, told to request a refund or reschedule. No real help. Meanwhile @Emirates rebooks and offers water/snacks. Big difference.

@MatthewSelf11 They tried to do same for us. We downloated worldremit but I notised call was coming from Nairobi so we shut it down!

@qatarairways we are stranded in Bali. From 3rd of March you haven’t rerouted us to get back home to Finland! Customer sevice told us there is no flights but there are! You just don’t use other air companies! Shamefull!

I did and all they will refund is the remaining part of my flights which is not even close to what I had to spend

@qatarairways my flight for today was postponed for tomorrow, and then cancelled. You are not reachable. I want a full refund but there is no information about this option. I am afraid to select it and then paid less. I need this to buy another ticket to go home. Anyone, please?
