If you want to start a peptide clinic: this is the entire playbook. Everything you need to know to get it done in as little as a week. I also detail why every peptide teleclinic will be dead in 18 months in the second half of the article. Enjoy 🫡

Magnesium glycinate relaxes your mind. Magnesium citrate moves your bowels. Magnesium threonate sharpens your memory. Magnesium malate energizes your muscles. Magnesium taurate calms your heart. Magnesium chloride absorbs through skin. Magnesium oxide wastes your money. One mineral. Right form changes everything. Wrong form changes nothing.

This family wanted one of those expensive large French door refrigerators. When they priced them, they were coming back with prices between $8000 and $12000 for a Sub-Zero. The man didn’t want to disappoint his wife so he came up with an idea to get the space they needed without spending thousands of dollars on a high end fridge. His solution was to buy two identical fridges and mount the doors in a French style configuration. Other people were critiquing them saying it looks tacky and cheap. Would this be a viable option for you?

This ma ordered a new fridge for $1000 from Lowe’s. When it was delivered, the delivery men accidentally dented the right stainless steel panel on the door. The fridge still works great, but there are three unsightly dents. He reached out to Lowe’s and they took $500 off of the total price, so he ended up getting it for only $500. Would you have taken that deal and saved $500 or would you have taken the fridge back and had the give you a new one that was not damaged?

@johnhender007 @gotrice2024 The house might be, but I’m pretty creative to make it look expensive. My stairs are c channel beams that I welded angle iron to and used LVL type remnants for the treads. Polished concrete floor rather than tile. Etc. etc..

@TimRodocker @gotrice2024 I think it was Frigidaire. You can use any brand though. Key is to use a standard depth, knock out a hole in the wall and header it if it’s load bearing so you can push the unit back and make it appear cabinet depth.

Really depends on the brand, cabinet depth with, etc., but less than half and it’s actually usable. I looked at the subzero stuff initially, but they are so shallow in depth. I built a pocket in the wall so I could go with a standard depth but push it back to make it look cabinet depth and they were 36 inches wide a piece.

Not all omega-3 supplements are created equal. Most fish oil on the market is in ethyl ester form, which is cheaper to produce after purification. But it's not found in nature and is less bioavailable. What you want is triglyceride form omega-3s. This is the natural form found in fish, and it’s better absorbed by the body. With ethyl esters, absorption is highly dependent on food. You need to take them with a fat-containing meal to absorb much at all. On an empty stomach, you may be absorbing very little.

Hard to say without knowing more, BUT… Quick stack (limited knowledge): BPC-157, TB500, GHKCu (injectable). Could add some Cartalax Id follow this up with some GHK-Cu cosmetic, i add some to the methylene blue infused tallow butter from @AncientHealingX Apply that topically, and use some Red Light Therapy 15-20min daily. If you subscribe to my X, we can stay in touch. I’ll try my best to always reply.
