this is not funny anymore and hasn’t been for a while people were treating this like a meme and a clout game but a cartel doesn’t fact check Twitter before they move… they see a name attached to a story and that’s enough Cheesur is a streamer. a STREAMER. he had nothing to do with any of this and now his life is actually in danger because people wanted likes and retweets if anything happens to him or any of these people the ones who shared those posts have to live with that forever delete it. right now. it’s not worth it 🙏

🔥🚨BREAKING: The lives of several influencers and OF stars are currently in extreme danger after social media profiles started pushing fake news tha many of them aided in the murder of El Mencho. It has been confirmed by 2 OF stars that the cartel is attempting to kill them over these fake claims. This is not a joke, if any of these people are killed behind this fake news anyone who shared it will have real blood on their hands. One of which is an American streamer named Cheesur, many profiles on X have been falsely claiming he received award money for assisting the taken down of El Mencho. This is 100% false and puts his life in real danger, please stop doing this. Please.

I'm sorry I've been distant and haven't been posting here or responding to DMs as much. Since I won the anti-SLAPP ruling against my Cyberstalker Aaron Jacob Greenspan, he has been going berserk trying to get back at me. I haven't had time for much else. Since the anti-SLAPP ruling, Greenspan has filed an 8th version of his lawsuit against me and @elonmusk, this time adding a new claim of "false advertising" against me for my tweets on Autopilot and FSD. I've filed a second anti-SLAPP motion against the new false advertising claim. Greenspan also filed a motion for sanctions against me, which was denied. He asked the court to place me in default again (i.e. I lose the lawsuit by default), a request that the court rejected. He also filed a motion for sanctions against me, which was denied. He then filed a motion for reconsideration of the anti-SLAPP ruling against him, which was denied. Then he filed a motion for reconsideration of the order denying sanctions against me, telling the court that I was planning to buy a gun and murder him, which is completely false. He has asked the court to make a criminal referral against me for trying to murder him. Finally, he appealed both of the anti-SLAPP rulings against him (from both me and Tesla) to the California Court of Appeals, so now we will have to start a new process in the appeals court. Greenspan knows that all of these motions will fail. His goal is just to waste as much of my time and money as possible to try and hurt me as a form of retaliation. I know I will win, but he is an expert at stretching the case out for years and years. It has already been six years, and he is just getting started. I'm realizing that no matter how many times I win, he will never stop. I feel very alone. Nobody seems to quite understand what it's like to have an online stalker like Greenspan trying to do everything he can to hurt you, making false accusations, trying to have you charged with fake crimes, making false reports to the police, trying to bankrupt you, and more. If Greenspan has gone this far for this many years to try and silence my criticism of him and TSLAQ, I'm not sure there's anything he won't do. I am making it publicly known that in no way, shape or form am I suicidal. What Greenspan has done over the last seven years has taken a toll on my health and well being. Recent medical tests have revealed a range of health problems that have surfaced in the years since Greenspan doxxed me and began targeting me. These issues put me at increased risk of heart disease and stroke, and I worry the stress that Greenspan is causing me with this never ending lawsuit is only making things worse. The scary thing is I feel like that's what Greenspan wants: he has fought for years to silence me, and if I die he will finally get what he wants. People don't really take online disputes as seriously as physical violence, but targeting someone you've never met online for years and years, filing thousands of pages of frivolous court documents, making crazy false accusations... it can definitely do real harm to people, it's not just online. All of this made me realize I can't just continue to ignore him and try to live my life. I have to do something. I've recently retained a new law firm to represent my company, which is also being sued by Greenspan in this lawsuit. This will hopefully help, but will be expensive. Retaining a law firm to deal with a case like this costs tens of thousands of dollars, and I've already spent more than $200,000 on legal fees and costs over the last 6 years. But what my new law firm told me is that once I win, I have a strong case for malicious prosecution via the SLAPPback statute. It turns out filing a lawsuit that you know is meritless against someone just to harass them is illegal. With a SLAPPback, Greenspan and his fake charity can be made to pay back the damages they've done, including actual harm, emotional distress, financial loss, and damage to reputation. The good news is the Court is starting to see Greenspan's abusive tactics for what they are. Attached to this post is a recently issued Order to Show Cause, where the Court has asked Greenspan to justify why his 8th version of the lawsuit shouldn't be stricken for improperly asserting a new false advertising claim against me without proper leave from the court. Unfortunately, the lower court hearings will likely be paused while we wait for the resolution of the appeal, which could take months or years. Thank you so much to everyone who has supported Whole Mars by subscribing on X, Patreon, or donating directly. Without your support, I wouldn't be able to do this. A lot of people think I'm rich, but you would be surprised. Trying to support yourself as an independent content creator isn't easy, especially when Tesla short sellers are suing you for the better part of a decade for speaking out against them. I'm struggling hard and going through one of the most challenging moments of life trying to deal with this insane online stalker, and your support means the world to me. I'm going to be posting more about my story, making YouTube videos about what happened, and have setup a new website linked below to try and get the word out about what Greenspan is doing. Hopefully if I get the word out enough, someone will be able to help me stop Greenspan. Maybe some state or federal attorney or law enforcement could take action against him for cyberstalking or harassment, especially since I'm not the first person he's targeted. I'm calling out to all my followers and to the world for help. I've been facing this brutal online stalker for more than 7 years now, and I worry that if I don't finally do something to put an end to this, it's going to be the death of me. @PisarekPhoto @SawyerMerritt @Tesla Doesn't need to be the only solution, but anyways it's certainly enough to get through a country, and if it goes on for that long the State Police get involved. The expert decision maker in this scenario didn't consider it a dealbreaker

Murphy, Texas Police officer gives a tour of the department's two brand-new 2026 @Tesla Model Y Patrol Vehicles. "This runs me almost identical to the price of a Chevy Tahoe. I have been purchasing police cars for a very long time and I have never seen an upfit job that clean and precise. Everything in this cars works. I haven't had any issues." With fuel and maintenance savings, the Model Y will save the department a lot of money over time.

@Math_files You failed to account for the finite (non-zero) thickness of the paint. Eventually it would plug the hole, so you would end up with a finite amount of paint. In other words, the paint fills a VOLUME, and is therefore finite in quantity too.

Did you know that there's a structure that can be built but can't be painted? This is Gabriel's horn and it's created by the function y=1 /x from 1 to infinity. If we rotate this function around the x-axis, we get this structure. If we calculate the volume, we can see that we get pi as answer. Therefore, the volume is finite and we could build this. Now, why can't we paint it? If we take a look at the surface area, we can see that it approaches infinity. And therefore, Gabriel's horn has an infinite surface that can't be painted.

@ChrisGloninger What about the emissions required to replace and repair engines that wear out way sooner due to this start stop technology? If the goal is total less emissions, this system falls horribly short of that goal.

Lee, you hack, start/stop systems were invented by Toyota in 1974 and adopted by European automakers in the 2000s. They reduce fuel consumption by 5-8% and cut idle emissions by 100%. They restart in under 400 milliseconds… faster than your foot moves from brake to gas. Your car doesn't 'die.' The engine decouples from the drivetrain via a reinforced starter motor rated for 500,000+ cycles. This isn't Obama. It's thermodynamics. An engine burning fuel at zero mph does zero useful work. That's not politics. That's the first law. You're the EPA administrator and you don't understand combustion efficiency. Terrifying.
Lee Zeldin@epaleezeldin

There will be no more climate participation trophies awarded to manufacturers who make Americans’ vehicles die at every red light and stop sign. It’s over. The Start/Stop Obama Switch is FINISHED! Under President Trump’s leadership, manufacturers can build the vehicles Americans actually want, instead of the vehicles that politicians and bureaucrats in Washington demand.

@Steve_Beans @MattWalshBlog Yes, every citizen has a right to vote, and every citizen can easily get documents to prove they are a citizen. This debate is absurd Pollsters need a way to determine if someone is eligible to vote, OBVIOUSLY

No, Matt, it doesn't work that way. When I hit 18, I wasn't given any special hoops to jump through when I had to register for the draft. Or when I received my first jury duty notice. Voting, as much as you may disagree, does not have an IQ test related to it (if it did, Trump never would have won. Let's be real). Every citizen deserves a vote regardless of how dumb they may be.

Conservatives generally defend Voter ID laws by insisting that all voters will be able to figure out how to get a valid ID, so the law won't disenfranchise anyone. But the truth is that a certain small percentage of voters actually won't be able to figure it out, which means that a certain percentage will be defacto disenfranchised. And that is all the MORE reason to put these laws in place. If you're so dumb, befuddled, and incompetent that you can't manage to perform such a basic task, then you are not qualified to vote. You don't deserve to have a say over the direction of the country. Stay home and let the competent adults handle it.

1. What if you dont live in the same town you were BORN in? Or the same county. I never have. 2. What if yours doesn’t cost $15. Mine didnt. What if you dont have $15. 3. What if you dont have $165 for a passport. 4. What if you dont have a VEHICLE or reliable transport for obtaining any of this. My town doesnt have buses or Uber. You NEED a car. 5. What if you live 30 miles from the DMV to get that ID? Many people in rural America do. 6. What if you live with an abusive man who doesnt allow this? 7. What if your NAMES DONT MATCH

@GeauxGabrielle I went to my town hall spent $15 and got my birth certificate then and there. Getting these documents aren’t hard to obtain. It’s scare tactics as both sides tend to do if they don’t agree with something. Once you’ve registered you only need an id to vote

The technology necessary to conteract microgravity is big centrifuge. The engineering is akin to a suspension bridge in a windless, waterless, earthquakeless environment. The tech needed to counteract radiation is putting a blanket of water in the way. Common theme: needs mass.
