I was finally convinced by a friend to set up openclaw set it up on a rpi and hooked in telegram asked it to scan my local network, find any available devices found my hue lights and then (after pairing them) can now control it and that’s the end of this experiment LOL. Absolutely not

This type of analysis would take a ticket 🎟️ , and a week to get from an infrastructure team ⚙️ . I've been working with a localai agent sanboxed in picoclaw in my lab. This is currently using an LLM running 100% locally on an Nvidia Thor devkit. The amount of agent use here would be ~$1, but localai, it's just the cost of power at 19Watts. This wasn't possible 30 days ago ⚡

💡With speculative decoding using the Qwen3.5-2B as a draft model, I bet I could get this AMD beast to run Qwen3.5-27B at 20 tps. Software magic. 🪄

💡 It's still amazing to me that you can run an unsloth version of Qwen3.5-27B on a $2K AMD Ryzen Max+ 395 w/64GB of unified memory @ 10 tps at home. Nearly the same quality as Claude Opus 4 (May, 2025 release)
