Yes, I eat like this and stay lean. My clients do too because burgers and fries are awesome. If someone says you can’t lose fat eating this, they’re stupid. On lower cals? Use 96/4, fat-free cheese, and less potato PS: Ketchup’s sugar-free. I don’t want to get fat 😉
