On top of everything, I just have a straight up anger towards Fox for the damage it has done to people. They posed as truth tellers while being purveyors of deception; misleading people, poisoning minds, and damaging relationships for profit. They are a blight on humanity.

TRUMP: Look, the election was rigged. You know that, I know that, everybody knows that now. BARTIROMO: Yup TRUMP: And it's all come out. And it's coming out.

Peter Magyar, during his international press conference, confirmed that Szijjarto, Orbán's foreign minister, has barricaded himself with some of his closest colleagues and is destroying and shredding evidence about his treason (documents about the sanctions against russians).

Stupid defamation lawsuits are a real threat to free speech. The story was true. It was well documented. And the President still managed to make a newspaper pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to report it.
Kyle Cheney@kyledcheney

JUST IN: A federal judge has tossed Donald Trump's lawsuit against the Wall Street Journal for publishing the Epstein birthday letter, saying Trump came "nowhere close" to showing the paper acted with actual malice toward him. "Quite the opposite." storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.usco…

Studying pit stop footage from the No. 12 crew today and might have to do a video rant later after looking at some of the movements along with some of their history because there's a lot that can be said about why they're struggling and how they can fix it.
Davey Segal@DaveyCenter

We're at the point of insanity with the No. 12 crew. I can appreciate them wanting to stick with their guys and have them work through the issues, but this is just too much. As @LarryMac28 just said on FS1, Blaney has lost 86 spots this year on pit road. And he's still fast af.

🚫WRONG All of these controls already exist for parents without having to share PII for themselves, their children, and every other citizen. The ASAA does NOTHING about the "inappropriate" content or in-app dangers. It does not protect children. Data is gold and having even more accurate data will allow Big Tech to make their products even more precise to individual users. The App Store Accountability Act is a de facto Digital ID - and what is being sold as "child protection" is just the beginning.
Alexis Ence@alexisence

This is exactly why Big Tech needs accountability. Watch this 👇
Thanks Rep. James & @BasedMikeLee for leading on the App Store Accountability Act!

This is great & should be federal Best thing Lina Khan did was “Click to Cancel” requiring subscription cancellation as easy as sign-up, & to disclose renewal terms before billing. Trump admin killed it 6 days before it was to take effect, under pressure from Comcast & Home Alarm lobby. Pure evil.
Mayor Zohran Kwame Mamdani@NYCMayor

If corporations allow you to sign up with one click, you should be able to cancel with one click too. Subscription traps, whether from an app or gym membership, are just another way corporations take advantage of working people.  We've already put hundreds of companies on notice. This week, we proposed a rule that would make NYC a national leader in cracking down on abusive practices that nickel-and-dime New Yorkers.

Rick Scott wants Trump to cut Yale's federal funding because the university hosted a streamer he disagrees with. Not because Yale committed fraud. Not because it violated a federal contract. Not because it discriminated against anyone. Because it invited someone whose politics Scott finds objectionable. There used to be a word for this on the American right. It was "cancel culture." The argument was that powerful institutions using economic leverage to punish speech they disliked was a fundamental threat to free expression in America. Conservatives gave speeches about it. They wrote books. They had a whole political identity organized around opposition to exactly this kind of pressure. Rick Scott is a United States Senator. He is asking the President to use the full funding power of the federal government to punish a private university for a speaking invitation. The principle was never the principle. The complaint was always about who held the lever. Now they hold it and the argument evaporated overnight... which is the most honest thing they've accidentally told us about what the argument was ever actually about.

Scott argues Yale’s decision to host the controversial streamer warrants scrutiny of the school’s federal funding. #Echobox=1775862919" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">newsweek.com/rick-scott-tru…

Again, among the greatest frauds in public life is the notion that we can balance our budgets by eliminating waste, fraud, and abuse. And it's a malignant and dangerous fraud when it's further suggested that the responsability for such fraud rests overwhelmingly with immigrants and minorities.
Derrick Evans@DerrickEvans4WV

Stephen Miller just said “…if the only people who received benefits were those who lawfully qualified, were eligible and needed them, we would balance the federal budget.” Fraud is going to bankrupt our country. We need to catch these fraudsters and lock them up.
