Today I conducted my weekly oversight visit at 26 Federal Plaza, and it’s safe to say that Mullin's regime is no different than Noem’s. Three of the 17 individuals being detained were arrested after simply showing up for their required ICE check-ins. No charges and no due process. This is an outrageous abuse of power, and I won’t stop until there is full accountability. If someone you know is detained, please contact my office and our rapid response staff and Triage Center will do everything we can to help.

@realjoshuareid It depends Josh, my 1st reply assumed he was wrong, not knowing he received info only hours before! However, if he knew due to orders issued and made the bet after notified, as i originally assumed, then i think that is not legal & justice comes! Just my opinion no lawyer here!

Redistricting Referendum in Virgina was declared UNCONSTITUTIONAL and BLOCKED by Circuit Court Judge. 65,000+ mail-in ballots also dropped in under 5 mins from 8:39 PM to 8:43 PM, which show clear signs of fraud with a mail-in ballot dump. Democrats rigged an election again because it's the only way they can win. They won't give up this easy, as new redistricting will head to Virginia Supreme Court on appeal.
