Another offensively sound game from the Mavs (despite only shooting 34% from three) but another defensive atrocity as Dallas allowed Jamal Murray to score 53 points and Jokic to put up an insane triple double with 23-21-19. Cooper Flagg showed why the hype is real with 26-8-7. Naji pitched in 22 and PJ contributed 19-15. A loss is a win. Bring on the Blazers.

Mavs lose, 137-131 in overtime. Dallas had a chance at the end of regulation but couldn’t convert on a wide open Naji three. Golden State came roaring back in the third quarter with 35 points and outscored the Mavs 11-5 in OT to seal the win. The Mavs statistically were better than the Warriors (59% from the field, 44% from three), but untimely turnovers, second chance points / offensive rebounding, and poor paint defense meant another loss. Incredible night from Coop with 32-4-9, Gaff with 20-7, and Naji, Max and Klay with 16, 15, and 15, respectively. A loss is a win. Bring on the Nuggets.
