For those of you who listened to the @OnTheTapePod heard, the weak job market is the reason @VD718 and I think the Fed is cutting in the next few months. As for the speculative nature of this market, that is a different story.

Real Estate firm CardoneCapital accumulates $15M of BTC. CEO tells FoxBusiness, "We're buying institutional quality real estate below replacement cost and adding BTC at purchase then adding BTC monthly from cash flow. We should take normal real estate IRR from 10-12% to 20 and 30%."
The Group is on his fourth hubrid fund. Current offering is $125M and the group has plan for ten more by summer 2025 totalling ~$1B of real estate and $150M in BTC.
VP and former pilot @RyanTseko says, Grant is hedging the BTC with the real estate allowing our investors exposure to BTC. It's brilliant way to give exposure to investors who feel like real estate is too boring andBTC is too volatile. It is like a double hedge."
