like i can start sketches but after a week i don't feel like they're worth pursuing anymore.
coming up to 13 years of production and i am not happy with where i stand.
it's highly frustrating and i really want to throw in the towel.

@RamonPang This too! What dubstep and grime inspired at 140 was bound to converge, mixed with other styles that were influenced by both. Classifying a 140 bpm techno track I play in my set as part of the "dubstep" section of that set would be a disservice imo

@RamonPang This is spot on, dubstep grime and uk bass tracks (think pineapple records style) can all fit under the 140 umbrella in the same set but are notably different styles. Only thing I’d say is the term has been around long before 2018, been referring to it since the early 2010’s

essentially "140" was stuff that wasn't brostep, but existed in the realm of dubstep but wasn't quite dubstep half-time (Trends & Boylan's grime stuff for example)
I think since it started in the UK, US people start treating "140" as "deep dubstep" was a term was getting cringe

So far, AI has:
- Ruined Memory Prices
- Game Optimization due to relying more on fake frames and AI upscaling solution rather than optimizing first.
- Social Media since half of the content now is AI Slop
- Made fake movie & game leaks so easy to make that you keep seeing them everywhere (more AI slop)
- Wrongfully flag Content Creators for Spam and delete their channels
- Made every app have some useless AI slapped onto it
