So if the Clarity Act sets the rules for what is decentralised and those rules state that 1 entity must not own more than 49% of the supply, it means that PulseChain is not decentralised.
OA would have to burn over 120T PLS coins, making the total supply under 30T, instead of 135T for PulseChain to qualify as decentralised.
This is something I've been saying for a while now but according to some PulseChain people, who make the decentralisation rules, there are two types of centralisation. Turns out there isn't, your coin is either decentralised or it's not.
It's good to have "clarity" on that now.

@craigkellyAFEE Defund abc except grandstand and radio national
English

THE ABC IS OUT OF CONTROL
In the past 24 hours, the ABC has used its billion-dollar budget to post 89 stories to the leftist Sky Blue platform, where it has just 1,000 followers.
And just three stories to X, where it has 2.6 million followers.
Its stories on Sky Blue are averaging a farcical one to two shares and likes per post.
If a private company did this, those responsible would be sacked for gross incompetence.
But the ABC does it and simply sticks its middle finger up to the taxpayers who pay their salaries.
This should be the final straw.
This conduct is in breach of the ABC’s legal obligations — and the ABC Board is doing nothing about it.
The entire organisation should have its public funding pulled.
And who is the Minister for Communications who should be hauling the ABC into line for its intentional breaches of its legal requirements under Australian law?
Anika Wells.
Absolutely, completely useless.
She’s probably off skiing in France.

@RealGeorgeFree The Labour Party and the Greens should all be in jail for bringing terrorists to Australia and turning us into a 3rd world
English

🇦🇺 Australia: Melbourne's nightclub firebombings are not just another extortion racket. They are the systematic destruction of Melbourne’s nightlife infrastructure - and a brazen attack on our way of life - by an Iraqi-led cartel of terrorists.
An Iraqi-linked syndicate called "The Cartel" - tied to tobacco war kingpin Kazem Hamad - has hit over 30 venues (bars, clubs, strip clubs, brothels) with firebombings, shootings & threats in 2026. Source: news.com.au/national/victo…
The motive, per underworld sources with direct access: It's ideological. They view Melbourne's nightlife as "Western decadence" - dens of alcohol, drugs, "rampant" behaviour & moral decay. Not a standard shakedown. The message: Pay protection or burn. "If they want this kind of thing happening in Australia they can pay us or burn." It's about dictating what kind of city Australia can be after dark. Source: mediacowboys.substack.com/p/exclusive-th…
Police (Operation Eclipse) have arrested dozens of teens doing the dirty work via apps, but the masterminds (incl. a young associate "The Ghost") direct operations from Iraq. Source: smh.com.au/national/victo…
This isn't abstract. It's organised crime with a cultural/religious edge operating from overseas while Australian streets burn. Victoria Police downplay the ideology publicly, but the sources on the ground say otherwise.
This is terrorism - imported and enabled by our own government authorities, who have allowed it to fester unchecked.
Australia, we have a serious problem.

@Ryandally08 Thanks Labour and greens , your terrific immigration policies work so well

#BREAKING A newly arrived Bangladeshi national has gone on a murderous rampage in Sydneys western suburbs last night, brutally murdering his 46 year old wife and his two sons, aged just 12 and 5.
It’s understood the perpetrator then calmly contacted the Police after the murders to alert them to the fact.
Police found the bodies of his two sons, and his 46 year old wife inside, shortly afterwards.
They suffered from significant laceration injuries that were too graphic for the source to fully reveal.
The Bangladeshi man, was taken into custody and charged with three counts of domestic violence murder.
He did not appear in court when his matter was briefly mentioned by solicitor Jawad Hosain.
Hosain declined to comment on whether the accused killer had a history of domestic violence, drug use or mental health issues.
“How could you do this? They’re babies. Babies” one neighbour remarked.
Diversity is our strength.

@PulseChainStats @chainlink Chainlink have stated there not coming here multiple times, hopefully Alex or Liberty can build an oracle
English

Hey @chainlink
PulseChain is an EVM fork with hundreds of millions already bridged through the ecosystem.
Integrating Chainlink onto PulseChain would be far easier than most chains since the architecture is already EVM compatible.
Imagine what happens once Chainlink price feeds, CCIP, and automation hit one of the most loyal communities in crypto. 🚀
The users are here.
The builders are here.
The capital is here.
Now we just need Chainlink.

PulseChain is the strangest community I’ve ever been part of.
People sit around all day watching charts and wallets of projects they’re not even in. They stalk the trades, screenshot the dips, and run to X to smack talk a community they have nothing invested in. Why? What’s the angle? You’re not in the project, you don’t hold the bag, but somehow you’re emotionally invested enough to spend your day rooting against it.
I’ve been in crypto a long time and I’ve never seen this anywhere else. Other chains, people build, people support each other or at minimum ignore what they’re not in. Here it’s the opposite. Constant crying. Constant negativity. Grown adults watching someone else’s chart so they can feel something.
No wonder PLS, HEX, PLSX, INC and everything PulseChain related struggles. The chain isn’t held back by tech or liquidity. It’s held back by the people on it who would rather tear down than build up. A bunch of cowards hiding behind X account smacking at projects they’re too scared to touch and too bitter to leave alone.
If you spent half the energy you waste hating on other communities actually building or supporting your own, this chain would already be where it should be.

@LovePulseChain @flatlinepls Are you worried the protocol will take our Pdai?
English

@flatlinepls pMINT is a ponzi node protocol. Be careful.

I have some Muslim friends. I have done business with a lot more. I have lots of Muslim aquaintences that I enjoy seeing throughout my week. They're nice people. I follow some of them on social media. Some like Trump some don't.
But what I never, ever hear from any of them is condemnation of what we call "radical Islam".
I wonder why.... seriously.

pDAI will be the Biggest Wealth Transfer in Crypto History because the entire Crypto Industry hates PulseChain and Richard Heart.
😡 Therefore, when we start to inevitably rise, you will have Maximum Rage everywhere.
🩹 My nipples will be pegged.
🧑🏻🚀 I will be in an Astronaut Suit.
We will show them my 1000+ videos and posts telling them all about it.
⛔ Nothing is more embarrassing, as a man, then having a retard (me) tell them about an Obvious Trade, which they missed.
🍭 Instead, they were too busy licking Arthur Hayes' lollipop as he writes another essay on HyperLiquid — which he will dump for a mind-blowing 2x.
If you still don't get it by now, then I don't have any time to explain it to you.

@DrewPavlou We are paying for the bullshit? We need an Elon Musk sweep out of all these crap DEI programs and other government programs. We would pay off our debt in two years then
English

South Sudanese migrant Nyadol Nyuon announced this month that she plans to return her Order of Australia medal and renounce Australian citizenship after an $800,000 tax payer funded DEI project she ran collapsed in on itself.
The Victorian state government committed $800,000 in public money to the "WorkWell Respect Network'' at Victoria University - a project meant to protect diverse women in high-risk workplaces from gendered violence.
The project was supposed to organise four public forums on the subject of gendered violence but it is unclear how many forums ever actually took place.
Nyuon wrote to the university requesting more resources after struggling to meet project dead lines. The university brought in three additional staff but this was apparently not enough.
The project's independent evaluator, which has expertise in multicultural programs, concluded it wasn't possible to do their job, citing mismanagement and ''psychosocial culture and instability.''
Nyuon said systemic racism contributed to the collapse of the project.
"This is a typical everyday experience of being a black woman, especially a black woman in a position of leadership," Ms Nyuon said.
Another person involved in the project, who identifies as a mixed-race woman, said she was concerned allegations of racism were being "used as a stick to make people fall in line", which she said was "inappropriate" and "reinforced a stereotype that multicultural programs are difficult to work with.''
Nyuon denies all wrong doing and was hospitalised for collapsing during the latter stages of the project, with her mental health impacted significantly.

Ronil has common sense, most people don’t seem to have that when it comes to understanding Pauline’s immigration policies. Pauline believes in all people who will make Australia a better place. She doesn’t believe in people like sharia practising Muslims who have no place living in western countries
English

@TruthFairy131 We all know labour has been funded by organised crime for 50 years, the cfmeu and other unions have been funneling millions to the labour as have these immigrant gangs and groups, the labour are a well organized mafia
English

Forensic lab tests have revealed bootleg backyard alcohol containing plastic contaminants & potentially fatal methanol levels is being brazenly sold across Melbourne, with one-in-three bottle shops estimated to be selling illicit liquor.
Foreign gangs have completely taken hold of our city.
30 fire bombings in 2 months by Muslims because they say that Western nightlife is against their ideology.
LABOR did this! Labor have been funding these same gangs via the CFMEU- $15-30 BILLION of taxpayer money funnelled to the Islamic underworld.
