I use ‘My Fitness Pal’ as my food diary. I set target daily calorie intake at 2200 calories; in reality, I’ve been I taking 1600 calories.
However, the calories I’m now eating consists of fresh veggies, eggs and meat (steak, chicken, seafood). These are different calories from grains (oatmeal, pasta) and ultra-processed foods.
And that’s the point I want to make.
The calories from foods that cause inflammation are different from those that do not.

Elon was not posting as much before covid. Now he is one of the larger and more active political influencers.
The lesson here for government and politicians is: Do not give chill, but competent, people a reason to care about politics.
Many people are content letting politics happen in the background but will start getting curious if they sense their lives are being interfered with.
