I took one delayed protection from @GoibiboSupport and I'm not able to get, where to redeem it. Please look into this.

Overall, this was one of the most uncomfortable and mismanaged flight experiences I’ve had. Based on this, I absolutely would not recommend traveling with @flyspicejet

Disappointing experience with @flyspicejet The scheduled departure time was 12:30 AM, yet boarding itself started around the same time. Even after that, the flight got delayed further for reasons that were never clearly communicated, and we finally took off only at 1:47 AM.

On top of that, the cabin crew’s service was shockingly poor. I had to ask for water nearly 10 times, and they still couldn’t provide it. Basic needs were ignored throughout the flight.

Once inside the aircraft, the situation worsened. There was no functioning AC, making the cabin unbearably hot and suffocating. Passengers were visibly uncomfortable.
