Once again you’ve put someone in touch with me who says the decision has already been made. The person who made the decision has never looked at my evidence. And I’m pretty sure I’m the victim of a known credit card scam that your poor support has facilitated

@AirbnbHelp as a long- time host, I am fed up with this company, its policies and its so-called support. I have had many disputes recently and every time they side with the guest without even hearing my side. Trying to escalate my complaint and I’m fobbed off

@AirbnbHelp Unless I hear from someone who will listen to my case and who is fluent in English in the next 48 hrs, I am canceling the 40 bookings I have with you and moving to another platform. Your customer service for hosts is a disgrace

@AirbnbHelp Yes, you put someone in touch with me and guess what, they just re-stated (in very poor English) exactly what your decision was originally. You haven’t asked me what happened from my point of view, or asked for what evidence I have. THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
