My Vision Plan for LUNC to $1+ is excellent and achievable youtu.be/6VL2FChR5Xw. If we work together as a community we can achieve it! I am confident. God has led me to share this plan, and we can recover #LUNC even to beyond its all-time high with my plan! Everything else I have seen is a waste of time, will not work, is a dangerous experiment, and cannot do what my Vision Plan can! Pursuing off-chain burns is not a new concept (sadly the 1.2% on-chain burn tax was dropped after only 3 weeks), but my Vision Plan puts everything together in the right way, with the specifics for how we can accomplish it, and to propel the #LUNC chain to excellence, as God has led me! We've had 6 months of sitting on 0.2% tax with no significant utility, volumes or burns (we even lost 50% of Binance's burns due to minting which originated from losing the 1.2% tax). I am fed up with ZERO PROGRESS. I am fed up with sitting on 0.2% tax for 6 months with ZERO RESULTS. I am fed up with these evil gatekeepers stopping progress for LUNC and its greatness! Give my Vision Plan 6 months and see what we can achieve! We need to follow each particular of my carefully designed Vision Plan to achieve it. We cannot take shortcuts or afford others to mess it up taking their own path against my plan. We must be united behind the plan as a community to achieve it. We must make the on-chain tax changes first (1.5% on-chain and 80/20% split) and exempt dapps from on-chain tax so utility is not harmed, and is incentivised on-chain. Then comes the core of the plan, the pursuit of off-chain 1.2% burn tax on all major exchanges trading LUNC. For this we need combined and sustained community effort over a period of time to acheive it. In my plan the L1 Team will approach major exchanges offering the internal wallet whitelist and if possible, LUNC deposits to their exchange hot-wallet being exempt from the 1.5% on-chain tax, alleviating concerns exchanges may have about volume or customer loss. This incentivises the exchange to participate with us. They are also asked if they will agree to implement the 1.2% burn tax on buy/sells if other exchanges do the same. The L1 Team as our community developers and representatives are perfectly positioned to assist in the plan, and to advise the exchanges on technical matters (as Edward Kim former L1 member did with Binance whitelisting changes). I will assist the L1 Team wherever possible and report back to the community, taking full responsibility for the implementation of my Vision Plan. It is important the list of participating exchanges is kept private until consensus between major exchanges is reached, then a simultaneous launch will be planned. This ensures any particular exchange is not stepping out on their own. Additionally a planned simultaneous launch allows exchanges preparation time before the launch date. This private list of participating exchanges must not be leaked before the official announcement. Once the launch date is set and announced publicly, we quickly implement by governance all the wallet whitelisting for participating exchanges. Then the launch, the 1.2% burn tax goes live on the MAJOR exchanges! Immediately we will see huge volumes of burns, and price movement. Almost all of the volume for LUNC is on exchanges, when we tap into that with a 1.2% burn tax, we will certainly be on the path to $1+ by massive reduction of the supply with huge interest for LUNC. Once we have achieved the off-chain 1.2% burn tax adoption on major exchanges this plan is a success. The next and final step is to continue to reach out to other exchanges who have not yet participated to encourage them to join, so we have near unanimous adoption of the 1.2% burn tax by LUNC traded volume. Then we wait for $1+. That's it. It's that simple. No complex algorithims. No dangerous experiments. No merging. No minting. No forking. No reverse splits. No death spirals. None of that nonsense! My plan is EXCELLENT. My plan is simple and effective. My plan is achievable. It is a real hope for LUNC, and is the plan that I believe in and that God has led me to advocate for, and I will continue to do so. My plan is ready and waiting. It will take 4 governance proposals, and I will explain them: The first is a signalling text proposal outlaying the Vision Plan specifics according to my flowchart, L1 Team involvement, and will be voted on by the community when I feel the time is ready. If this proposal is successful it provides authority for L1 involvement and community approval to proceed with the other following changes which will be voted on also, which are: 1. Parameter change of on-chain tax to 1.5%. 2. Parameter change of tax split to 80/20% (from 90/10%). This leaves a 1.2% burn tax and 0.3% to fund the chain (15x our community pool funding rate from the current tax, so a big boost in funding for the chain). 3. Text proposal to whitelist/exempt dapps from on-chain tax, as already proposed by dfunk on agora. These are the only proposals required, which I am happy to fund myself at the required time. After the proposals pass I will take personal responsibility to fully implement my plan, to coordinate with the L1 Team, and provide reports to the community as to progress. I believe we will achieve my plan and it will be successful, because God has led me in this. But if my plan is not successful, and we cannot acheive significant off-chain burns within 6 months time, at that point the tax changes can be rolled back if the community wishes, and I will rest assured we have put all efforts into achieving off-chain burns, and given it a proper run.
