@SavannaKwieran @briantylercohen It’s because morality is relative to most democrats at least to some extent. When they do it, it’s justified because they are fighting back. When anyone else does it, it’s evil and an attack on democracy. This is the kind of stuff that starts civil unrest.

So, let me get this straight... you claim that Texas redistricting is deplorable, evil, and an "attack on our democracy" (whatever that means). But, if a Democrat state does it, it's virtuous and celebrated? The moral implications change depending on whether it's your side or not? So effing disingenuous and transparent. I get the sense that Kevin and Baker just didn’t vibe.. my concern is that he hasn’t really vibed with anyone except Joe Flacco and Jacoby Brissette and they were both stop gaps. As a lifelong Browns fan it is an absolutely demoralizing thing to watch his rebirth.

Lot of good points. But I think he even admits, he wouldn’t listen to anyone. He believed he was the shit. That’s why he worked his ass off to change. His words. He believed he was a bit entitled. The NFL can be a very rude awakening. I literally couldn’t stand him. But now I respect him. He worked his ass of homeland the mental side. On my show recently, I Just did a segment that the mental side is as, if not more important than the physical side. I believe that big time. And I coached that way. And built companies that way. Very happy for him.

Player development includes intangibles, play processing, leadership, PR training etc. I don’t dispute Baker was immature but immature people need mentors, not enablers or impatience

It was about his attitude, arrogance and those type things. He rubbed everyone the wrong way. Can't coach a player to undo that. He or She has to want to undo it
