For those telling us we should not call out Morris or be angry at him, read the article below. I believe it breaks down, point by point, how he called @PeterObi weak without using the exact word “weak,” and why he has no moral right to ride on the movement of a man he once publicly undermined. If you were not angry before, maybe you will be after reading it.

@Karigwe I read every single word....you captured it accurately. Morris did not commit any crime by resigning, but why publicly ? He needs to apologize to the Obidient family worldwide so that we can move on. We have a huge task ahead.

If Kwankwaso is working for Tinubu, is it the people who are working for Tinubu that will expose him? The Kano State government exposed him. All the people working for Tinubu are exposing him. Imagine that Tinubu placed Kwankwaso as a mole, then Tinubu's people are the ones exposing their mole. Does it make sense?

No Northern NDC aspirants have visited Kwankwaso btw. No one is even buying the NDC form over there. Lol. OG is focused on putting red caps on South East and South South aspirants. If you don't see Kwankwaso's game at this point, you are pretending.

His Excellency, Sen. @KwankwasoRM, PhD, FNSE, welcomed Sir Ceejay Henry Ezebuiro, House of Representatives aspirant for Ideato North/Ideato South Federal Constituency, Imo State, under the platform of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC). As part of the visit, Sir Ceejay was officially adorned with the red (Kwankwasiyya) cap.

NDC, from what I have confirmed, this is the so-called “party support” money aspirants are being asked to pay after already paying outrageous form prices that are not affordable for an average Nigerian: State House of Assembly: ₦3 million House of Representatives: ₦10 million Senate: ₦30 million Governorship: ₦50 million NDC, what exactly is this? Are you people trying to use money to scare ordinary Nigerians away from contesting? You people can call it optional all you like, but we know how Nigerian politics works. How is it optional when these same aspirants will still face screening? How is it optional when they may still face consensus arrangements involving party leaders who should not even be interfering in that process in the first place? This is not party support. This is coercion. So as it stands, someone running for just State House of Assembly may have to cough out ₦5.5m just to enter the race for primaries or consensus. We have not even talked about campaign costs yet. So the son of nobody will either have to know somebody or start asking supporters to help him enter office. Just yesterday, we were criticising Desmond Igiot for not having a mind of his own. But what do you expect when the system keeps forcing ordinary aspirants to depend on sponsors, godfathers, and people who will later want to control them? How is this different from the old order? I was also told that when people complained, they were told that if they cannot afford it, they should go and buy from a cheaper party because that is their level, and that they do not have the capacity to run under NDC. What kind of insult is that? This is just another way of telling ordinary Nigerians that they do not belong in politics. That leading Nigeria is only for the richest 10%, political elites, godfather-backed candidates, and nepo babies. How do you expect people who are forced to spend this kind of money just to enter politics to go into office tomorrow and push for the cost of governance to be reduced? How do you expect them to challenge waste when the journey itself has already been turned into a financial war? @PeterObi, please sir, I hope you are aware of what your fellow aspirants are going through. I know you will not stand for this kind of extortion, and this needs your attention. These same ordinary Nigerians were somehow convinced to donate money at the summit, and we were told it was for Peter obi’s ticket. So if NDC can ask Nigerians for donations, why not treat all aspirants fairly and ask Nigerians to donate transparently? If you guys know your ticket is affordable, why were you asking for donations for Peter Obi’s ticket? When ADC set registration at ₦1,000 and monthly dues at ₦500 before the electoral laws were passed, Nigerians were ready to pay. I paid mine. I even paid for others too. So Nigerians are not against supporting a party. Nigerians are against being extorted. Nigerians are against being pressured. Nigerians are against being priced out of politics. If you need money to run the party, organise proper fundraising. Open a transparent donation platform. Let members pay affordable dues. Let supporters donate freely. Do not turn aspirants into cash cows. Do not use Peter obi’s name and the Obidient movement to extort rich Nigerians while scaring ordinary Nigerians away from contesting. You cannot say you want a Nigeria where the son of nobody can become somebody without knowing anybody, then create a political gate where the son of nobody cannot even afford to stand near the entrance. NDC, do better. This is not people-centred politics. This is elite gatekeeping with a new logo.
Karigwe (Prophet of Thoughts)@Karigwe

NDC, like I said, this is bad. This is really, really bad. You set your prices so high. Yes, you may be the cheapest, but cheapest does not mean affordable. We cried out, you pretended to hear us, then you announced discounts for certain categories of people. But what is this I am hearing now? That after paying these already outrageous fees, candidates are still being asked to pay so-called “optional” party support money? ₦3 million for State House of Assembly. ₦10 million for House of Representatives. And so on. Are you people trying to use money to scare the average Nigerian out of this race? How is this money optional when these same candidates will still face screening? How is it optional when they may still face a consensus process influenced by party leaders, who should not even be interfering in that process in the first place? In Nigerian politics, “optional” is hardly ever optional. Candidates will feel pressured to pay because nobody wants to be marked as unserious, disloyal, or not supportive of the party. NDC! NDC!! NDC!!! How exactly are you showing Nigerians that you are different? We are complaining that your form prices are already unaffordable for ordinary Nigerians. Now, on top of that, you want to add another layer of financial pressure and call it party support? This is how ordinary Nigerians are quietly pushed out of politics. First, you make the forms expensive. Then you add “optional” party support money. Then the person still has to campaign, print materials, mobilise supporters, travel around, attend meetings, and fight primaries. So where exactly is the ordinary Nigerian supposed to enter from? If you need money to run the party, why not hold a proper fundraising event? Why not open a transparent donation platform where Nigerians who are willing and able to support the party can donate freely? Why put more pressure on aspirants who are already struggling with outrageous form prices? Where is an ordinary Nigerian supposed to get the money for your form, let alone the extra money you are now allegedly asking them to pay? Again, NDC, how are you different from the old order? @PeterObi, please sir, I know you will not support this kind of thing. Are you aware that leaders in your new party are allegedly doing this? You said you want a Nigeria where the son of nobody can become somebody without knowing anybody. Sir, how does this kind of thing reflect that vision? How does the son of nobody compete when the gate into politics keeps getting more expensive? Please, we will not stand for this. @NigeriaNDCHQ, watch it. Do right by Nigerians. Show us you are different.

I was manipulated into voting for Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2023, and that remains one of the biggest political mistakes I’ve ever made. But 2027 will be payback at the ballot box. I’m voting Peter Obi. I never thought incompetence could be packaged this confidently. Nigerians were told to endure pain for “renewed hope,” only to inherit hunger, inflation, insecurity, and excuses every single day. The propaganda was louder than the results.

We all wanted a united opposition, they left the coalition thinking it will be a three horse race then Makinde joined under APM, they got angry but waived it that he will only hurt Tinubu, now GEJ entered and they are fuming and casting aspersions to him. You asked for divided opposition you got divided opposition, deal with it.🤪

80% of @PeterObi voters would not vote for another candidate, whether from the south or the north. Peter Obi is the only candidate that has a captive voting bloc. We may argue how big the size of that bloc. No one else has a significant captive voting bloc in Nigeria today. Not Atiku, not Tinubu, not GEJ
