NEW: Two things my sources tell me in the Chud The Builder case. - Eatherly deleted evidence before police were able to take his phone. If true this can easily be proven by digital forensics. Expect a tampering with evidence charge to be added if that is the case. - I’m also told he deleted the livestream. Pump will be subpoenaed for the content. - Chud’s lawyer allegedly wants nothing to do with the case. According to sources he wants out. I wouldn’t be surprised if he files to withdraw himself.

BREAKING: According to the arrest warrant, Chud the Builder pulled his weapon BEFORE the altercation. The arrest warrant specifically states Eatherly stood in a “bladed stance” and reached for his firearm. “Thereafter, a physical altercation ensued.” Translation, Joshua Fox saw Chud pull his weapon and acted in self-defense.
