@DGCAIndia @IndiGo6E @RamMNK Please help in this matter. I am really frustrated. A simple surname change request for my fellow passenger. @IndiGo6E says you have to cancel tickets, get refund in two instalments in a week and fresh book tickets and pay convenience fee...How could a person bear this ?

I visited @DGCAIndia and find that any customer can do within 24 hours. Their name change department head said according to @IndiGo6E policy they can’t - cancel the ticket, pay convenience charge, get the refund in two instalments and rebook.. Why they are not abiding DGCA rules

Dear @DGCAIndia pls address this issue : - I just book an air ticker from @IndiGo6E and mistakenly put wrong surname for my fellow traveller. I instantly call customer care and requested for a change. They denied and said according to DGCA new policy they can’t…

@DGCAIndia @IndiGo6E @DGCAIndia pls don't make rules when airlines don't follow. A surname change request by call/DM is not considered, after many request. They say minor changes only allowed. What to do ?

@MeBhavya Hi, a full name change is not allowed, only minor rectification can be done. We request you to DM us your PNR along with valid ID proof so we may check and assist you. ~Jasmine twitter.com/messages/compo…

Anthropic just showed a 24-minute workshop on how to actually prompt Claude. Taught by the people who built it. Free. No signup. No paywall. I've watched $300 courses that don't cover what they teach in the first 8 minutes.

India has the world's most powerful climate infrastructure. 30 lakh places of worship. 8 traditions with ecology written into their scripture. The question is why they are still not at the centre of India's climate strategy. — Bhavya Srivastava, Founder, Religion World

Here's the insight nobody in climate policy has figured out: Regulation motivates through fear. Subsidy motivates through money. Faith motivates through meaning. The farmer who farms naturally for dharmic reasons needs no incentive payment.

Nobody talks about this. India has 30+ lakh temples, mosques, gurudwaras, churches & monasteries. Every single one is a potential climate action node. A thread on how Indian faith institutions are running the world's largest distributed environmental movement. 🌿🧵 (1)

By 2030, religious tourism will support 14 crore jobs. The govt has already allocated ₹2,541 crore in Budget 25–26. Now it is time for strategy, media & institutions to catch up. Faith built dis country. It is also bldng its future. — Bhavya Srivastava Founder, Religion World

The Uncomfortable Truth60–70% of India's religious institutions operate with zero formal structure. That is the largest untapped formalization opportunity in the Indian economy. The question is not whether faith employs people. The question is — why have we never counted them?
