They themselves willingly enlisted in a military knowing that it’s committed war crimes, this soldier in the clip is a hypocrite.

Halo: Campaign Evolved is one of the worst videogames I have ever played in my entire life and I have been a Halo fan since the first release and have successfully completed every single Halo game on legendary solo, including this one. Pacing is way off, the checkpoint system is absolutely terrible while playing on legendary difficulty because you have to be a textbook perfect player in order to succeed, you can not make any mistakes at all in order to push through the levels of the game. The overwhelming difficulty is based on the number of enemy waves per section, the inconsistent checkpoints coming out of nowhere while enemies are around and then not occuring at moments when they should be optimized for strategic gameplay. Oh and not to mention the fact that you might just randomly teleport forward even though you wanted to wait a bit before fully entering a new section, because ya'know, at least 60 enemies will be spawning in across multiple different waves and you're down to your dick and balls when it comes to options. At least in the other games the concept of being teleported was done gracefully and in a manner that was smooth; usually in multiplayer settings for campaign. No reason for this to happen while playing solo in my opinion. It's about as smooth as sandpaper. As clean as a French Indian. The integration of cutscenes is also awful, you will be about 100 feet away from an area with different enemy / environmental objects in order and instantly see it as an altered canvas upon it being played in an abrupt way that doesn't even feel good as a player. Also if you get rekt your character will still say dialogue post-slime as he's laying there like a ragdoll, full spread-eagle. 3/10 game, 2 points for nostalgia and 1 point because it's Halo, God's chosen game franchise, that has been ruined by the usual suspects.
