Had a short tour of the property, and I can see that this Grade A office space is shaping up very well and seems close to completion. I was told that a few floors have already been pre-leased. Hope this brings much-needed office activity to the Golden Mile Road.

Rajapushpa West Avenue, a ~3.6 million sq ft Grade A office project in Kokapet, is nearing completion. Once fully operational, it is expected to accommodate over 20,000 employees. The project seems to be in the final stages now, but it remains to be seen how quickly it attracts tenants.

Vanguard's decision to set up its India global capability centre (GCC) in Hyderabad over other major tech hubs such as Bengaluru was driven as much by infrastructure and governance factors as by access to talent, senior executives said.
The US-based investment management firm ran a multi-city evaluation before zeroing in on Hyderabad, with the final choice coming down between Hyderabad and Bengaluru.

GMR Interchange, spread over 20 acres, will be India’s largest mall by land area, surpassing Lulu Mall in Kochi (17 acres). It will also feature an 11-screen multiplex.
This high street mall reminds me of typical outlet malls in the USA.

GMR Interchange Mall next to Hyderabad Airport is making very good progress. I noticed that painting has already started in some sections. Hopefully, they will complete the structure and hand it over for store interiors within a quarter or two, with a full opening likely in the last quarter of 2026. Here are some pics from my visit.
