They were talking about setting up General Michael Flynn, the incoming National Security Advisor . Comey raised “concerns”. Obama said put the “right people on it” and made it crystal clear he didn’t want certain Russia-related info shared with the new team. And Susan Rice? She waited until Inauguration Day to write herself that weird email “documenting” the meeting.
