Last night walking back to my carriage. A London Taxi beeped, pulled over and offered my #Veteran and his parents a lift free!. It wasn't needed but humbled to be offered 💕🐾 It may have been one of the @TaxiCharity but either way #ThankYou whoever it was #Humbled. 💕🐾

@virginmedia Three times today I have spent time on the phone. I cannot access my account. It transpired I do not have one. Well I had one three days ago and you are still taking the direct debit. Two people tried to get into my account but failed.Two days now

Only spoke to a robot no customer service #Virgin media get a grip. I have work I need to do

Virgin media are appalling there customer service is non existent. I tried to log on to my email yesterday. It would not accept my stored user name and password. The other option was to use my name and account number. My name was not recognised. Tried online and just got a robot.

@shorterSi I have the same problem. Just to help. Section 88 of the Toad Traffic Act means as long as they have your application then you licence is still valid. I had a licence that required a medical. In the end they extended fir another year. I have checked they have it.
