Happening Now! #CareerGuidanceLaunch In her opening remarks, Dr. Josee Murekeyisoni, Acting Executive Director of RWDFRJ, introduced the organization’s efforts to support girls pursuing STEM careers through mentorship and advocacy. Dr. Murekeyisoni emphasized the critical need for career guidance to address the lack of information, mentorship, and support systems for girls aspiring to enter science and medicine. RWDFRJ, a network of female doctors advancing sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), aims to empower women in STEM to achieve reproductive justice and gender equity. “Career guidance is not simply about choosing a job. It’s about equipping the next generation with clarity, confidence, and courage to pursue their purpose. It’s about giving girls the tools to break barriers and boldly walk into STEM fields.” #WomenInSTEM, #STEMForGirls, #EmpowerHer

Screening activities of NCDs awareness week 2025 targetting NCDs prevention, early detection, care and treatment, were concluded at Rwabayanga Market. At this site 100+ people were screened. Kudos to @globemed and @medsar_rwanda volunteer medical students who made this happen
