Educational information about Plant Based Medicines such as Cannabis (Endocannabinoid system), Mushrooms (Psilocybin), San Pedro Cactus, for Mental Health

An older conversation, but still a lot of good information in this one. Head over to the Eagle Gardens YouTube channel or search “The Organic Wormhole Episode 16 featuring Tanasi” to find the full conversation featuring Tanasi, Medically Fit, and Smileys Garden. A lot of good discussion in this one covering cultivation, perspective, experience, and the deeper side of the journey. Worth revisiting for those who may have missed it the first time around. Cannabis stomata are microscopic pores on the leaf surface that open and close all day like tiny biological valves. They’re constantly reacting to light, CO₂, humidity, VPD, temperature, and the plant’s internal water pressure. Each pore is controlled by two guard cells that swell with water to open, then deflate to close. No brain. No boss. No little leaf manager with a clipboard. Just thousands of microscopic doorways making local decisions in real time. Open too much, and the plant loses water. Close too much, and it slows CO₂ intake, which means photosynthesis takes a hit. So the plant is constantly negotiating o_O “Do we drink from the air?” “Do we breathe?” “Do we risk drying out for more growth?” Kinda incredible... That’s a decentralized survival system running across the entire leaf. Meanwhile, you’re staring at Part A and Part B like one of them has betrayed your bloodline. Keep on Growing O_O
