What do you mean my program director knows that I’m at their program and so do the chief residents but -eyyyee- still do not know 😱😱

Last year and this year I have seen the match utterly fail incredibly qualified applicants who should have matched to a position. I don’t really have any answers to fix it but it sucks when the process fails and hardworking individuals get hurt in ways they don’t deserve.
