@LBofHavering you need to send a clean up crew to Angel Way carpark - it’s absolutely disgusting. The stairways are littered with rubbish & stink of urine! Can’t even avoid by using the lift as it’s out of service. Someone will have an accident!

@LBofHavering parking prices are insane and you can’t even keep the place clean and hazard free!
