Today, Gbagada is flooded. For the first time at least in my own experience, I am seeing water reach Gbagada.
You sand fill natural water bodies, provide no proper drainage, heap dirt across the city and expect Lagos not to flood or smell?
When you tag Wahab, he appears in full regalia of bigotry instead of addressing the issue.
Sand fill more if you want.
Water will always find its level regardless.

Cost of coastal road= $11 billion
