- Take meeting notes. Dont take them too rigorously, just keep track of important decisions that are made + possible next steps.
- If you booked the meeting for an hour, end it on the hour. Make sure you dont go over so no one feels "trapped".

- Send out any content, questions, or thoughts you would like for people to read before the meeting. This helps people feel prepare + helps move the meeting along.
- Most meetings are updated and/or discussions. Split them up. It will help with flow + it will avoid confusion.
