@Schiphol just been to ladies toilets opposite entrance to pier E. Absolutely disgusting with overflowing bins. Clearly not been cleaned in some hours. Usually your toilets are high standard, what’s going on?

@qatarairways shout out to your ground staff and management of your DOH hub. A longer flight route meant I only had 75 mins to connect last night, from an inbound on the 600 stands to an outbound from C34 and a 15 min bus drive in the other direction. Somehow my bag made it too!

@MeeshTerrell Yesterday was. I was honestly ready to lose it which was why I conceded and rebooked for today. It had been a stressful week for a variety of reasons and I just didn’t have enough in my resilience reserve to handle any more random re bookings that AA were imposing on me.

I totally understand that when you’re in, and flying to, a city that’s been impacted by a hurricane, there will be some flight disruption. But yesterday’s performance by my preferred airline (AA) at SAV was an absolute s$!t show vs the other airlines.

Just as I was leaving my apartment this morning, I got a notification on phone that my flight from LGA to CLT was to be delayed by SIX HOURS meaning I’d miss my connection to SAV! 😱 Thankfully, I reacted quickly and got rebooked. Connection time now 1hr instead of 2hrs but🤞🏼

@MoreMorrow Similar happened to me on an Edinburgh to London last year. Without going into details the tragic incident was very obvious to passengers, and I was genuinely amazed by the empathy of passengers.
