I don’t know exactly which scripture it is but the argument I’ve seen for this is the thief who was on his own torture steak beside Jesus had faith that Jesus was the son of God. Jesus then promised him he would be with him in paradise. The man was not baptized nor a follower of Christ but his faith alone was enough to save him from eternal death.

I don’t know how I’m a hypocrite. This whole thing is because of a post saying God doesn’t care about homosexuality. As a Christian who has studied the Bible, I merely cited a scripture that does indeed condemn homosexuality. If you walk away from church becaue the Bible offends you that’s not a me problem.
