Unpopular opinion, but Bear is actually the tragic hero of #ObsessionMovie. If you really analyze the helpline scene, Bear was completely right to ask "What's so wrong about being with me?" Nikki was his lifelong best friend. She clearly had buried feelings for him too, but she played games instead of being honest. He just used the willow to give her the push she already wanted. The fact that the operator refused to reverse the wish proves it was cosmic fate, not his fault. He didn't lock her in a cage; the curse did. Bear was just trying to be a supportive boyfriend and stand by her through a massive medical/supernatural crisis instead of abandoning her when things got ugly. He’s the real victim here

The real villain of #ObsessionMovie isn't Bear, it’s the "One Wish Willow" corporate helpline. ​Think about it: Bear is a grieving, traumatized guy who made a mistake in a weak moment. When he realizes the wish is glitched, he literally reaches out to customer support to find a solution. The operator completely shuts him down with zero empathy. ​If a company sells a supernatural product that traps souls, they should be legally and morally obligated to provide a cancellation policy. Bear didn’t design the curse; he just fell victim to predatory terms of service. You can’t blame a consumer for a faulty product.
