@StudentOTs @OT_Expert Generally I think this depends on the student themselves as everyone is different. I personally was leading on sessions independently in my second & third placements. As I say this depends on the individual and it’s important they discuss this with their educator and university x

I have a friend who is on a third year placement in orthopaedics and she was wondering what point in placement do you start to lead sessions. She has been encouraged to start leading more but she is only in week 2 on placement and feels underprepared from uni

This months payslip has been released following the NHS pay rise, over £1000+ in deductions and a lower net pay than last month!🥵
