Absolutely crazy and at the same time incredible how Mark discredits everything good that is happening at the club. Carrick has done wonders compared to Amorim. Defense has been strengthened massively, players playing in their natural position, play style changed drastically, wingbacks not getting a lot of the big chances we create… I can go on about what Carrick has changed. If you think Enrique is available and we should sign him that’s a different conversation. Discrediting Carrick’s job so far is disingenuous.

@Adam_cfc8 I don't think we'd pay the price wanted for him tbh, we seem a lot more savvy under ineos plus imo he's not worth the fee that you would want

Anything in 130m region and the club 100% listen to it. As much as I’d hate to see him go, if he actually wanted to go then It is what it is. Same issue with Enzo, both of them deserve to be competing for the top trophies and that’s simply not Chelsea anymore.

Boyhood United fan Cole Palmer still hankering for a return to Manchester and missing Nicolas Jackson amid Chelsea’s struggles. #mufc’s priority positions remain midfield and left wing, though thesun.co.uk/sport/38654223…

Anthony Elanga, £55m. 43 games, 3 goals, 1 assist. His only goals have came in ties they’ve lost 5-1 & 8-3. Yet to score a Premier League goal this season. The same one-trick winger everyone saw at United. Jacob Ramsey, £40m. — Newcastle finally got their dream #10 after years of moaning about it... who has delivered a spectacular 3 G/A in 35 appearances. 4 G/A if you count the wonderful pass to Raphinha to cement their biggest European defeat in history. Yoane Wissa, £55m. 21 games, 3 goals, 1 assist. 29-year-old panic buy with a contract ticking down at Brentford, so naturally Newcastle paid £55m when he was out of contract this summer.. Now stuck behind Will Osula in the pecking order & liking Sunderland players posts after doing the double on Newcastle. *Nick Woltemade - £75m. 44 games, 10 goals, 3 assists. The new "star striker" who arrived as the shiny Isak replacement... who now is being played as an #8 and hasn’t scored a league goal since December. Malick Thiaw, £35m. In fairness, more of a goal threat than Wissa & Elanga combined. Started well but part of the defence who has conceded the most goals of any side in Europe’s Top 5 league’s in 2026. Newcastle spent £250m on these five alone last summer, an absolutely pathetic transfer & they’re back playing the PSR deflection tactics on their own supporters to distract from the absolute failure of Eddie Howe & the Sportswashing project. You have had more than enough money, you just spent it horrendously. Victim mentality.

"We don't have the revenue of other clubs… the rules have made it very difficult." 👀 "I don't know a team that wouldn't suffer from that." 😳 "Losing Alex [Isak] last summer was a considerable blow." 😓 Pressure mounts on Eddie Howe after defeat in the Tyne-Wear derby 😬

There is a strong argument that Stuart Attwell's officiating of Manchester United this season has directly cost the club four points, @FA_PGMOL. - 2 vs Burnley with the disallowed Lisandro Martinez goal & Kyle Walker 'penalty' - 2 vs Bournemouth with the non-penalty for Amad

That's not the stat that started all this & you know it. Bruno Fernandes recorded 100+ goals AND 100+ assists for Manchester United in 318 appearances. Leo Messi? 319 for Barcelona. Cristiano Ronaldo? 325 for Madrid. Kevin de Bruyne for City? 372. Sit down. Be quiet.

They built half a Premier League winning squad by cheating and their punishment is a £10m fine a decade later 🤣 10 point deduction if your interest payments on your new stadium are too steep though

That pathetic slap on the wrist for Chelsea is a convenient precedent isn’t it, if you were, say, a governing body sat twiddling your thumbs on how to deal with something much worse in the most lenient way possible

Bruno Fernandes spent the first 21 games under Amorim playing as Man Utd’s deepest midfielder, receiving the ball from the CBs. I don’t think people realise how unbelievable it would be if he breaks the assist record… Henry/ KDB played so much higher up, in much better teams when they got 20.
